Who is eligible for this program?
DAX University internship program is eligible for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Is the training and internship program paid?
Yes, both the training and internship program paid. Initially, during “phase 1” the trainees will be paid a stipend of 10,000PKR. Furthermore, during “phase 2”, the interns will receive a stipend of 20,000PKR each month.
What is the duration of the whole program?
The program is divided into two phases. The first phase or the training phase will last for three months, followed by second phase or the internship that will last for three more months.
What are the program’s timings?
Training session: 2 hours daily, 5 days a week.
Internship: 4 hours daily, 5 days a week.

Is the training and internship program onsite or remote?
The entire program, including both the training and internship phases, will be conducted onsite at our office located at Shaheed-e-Millat road, Karachi. Candidates will need to commute to the office for daily sessions and work hours.
What will the aptitude test consist of?
The aptitude test consists of:
– MCQs
– Field-related basic questions
– Scenario-based questions
How do candidates progress from training to the internship phase?
Only candidates who demonstrate strong performance during Phase 1 (training) will be selected to move on to Phase 2 (internship). Selection is based on evaluations of their performance, commitment, and overall progress.
How are interns selected for full-time employment?
Interns will be considered for full-time employment based on their performance throughout Phase 2 (internship). Factors such as skill development, attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct will be taken into account for permanent placement.
Will the equipment be provided to the trainees and interns?
No, both the trainees and interns would have to bring their own equipment to work. However, once selected as full-time employees, the equipment will be provided by the company.
Will participants receive certificates?
Yes, all participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completing the aptitude test. Additionally, a Training Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the training phase, and an Internship Certificate will be provided after successfully completing the internship.
